The key to success happens when there is an experienced leader at the top. Since graduating from the University of South Florida in Tampa the founder of AIR has been involved with several ventures all related to the automotive industry. He has owned and operated a mechanical garage, towing operation, transport operation, collateral recovery company, and conducted both field and office investigations providing two decades of experience to draw upon. He is a licensed instructor of Chapter 493, the curriculum that governs the repossession process in the State of Florida, as well as the co-author of the Field Recovery Specialist instruction manual, and provides instruction to both lender and recovery agents to enhance their operations. His direct supervision and ability to understand our client’s individual needs makes AIR unique in this specialized Industry.

Employees
Each employee of AIR must understand one concept prior to being hired and that concept is that customer service and risk management drives Asset Investigations and Recovery. We only hire staff that adopts this philosophy after conducting a thorough background and reference check. Once hired our staff is trained to be the best, because you expect it. Our entire staff is certified and trained through the CARS program and the Field Recovery Specialist (FRS) program.

State Licensing
Asset Investigations and Recovery maintains full compliance in the state of Florida by holding a Class R Recovery Agency License for the main office. Each satellite office has an RR Branch license issued from the FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Asset Investigation and Recovery strictly adheres to the guidelines outlined in Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, the law governing the repossession profession throughout FL.
